Cookie Policy
Celeb Closet · Last updated: September 30, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on https://celebcloset.app. It is part of our Privacy Policy.
What we use
We use only what the Service needs to work, improve the main outfit flow, and attribute partner referrals. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not use browser storage to build advertising profiles about you.
| Item | What it does | Kept for | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session (stored in your browser's local storage by our account provider, Supabase) | Keeps you signed in | Until you sign out or it expires | Strictly necessary |
| Age-confirmation flag (stored in your browser's session storage) | Remembers your answer to "Are you 13 or older?" while you use the site | Until you close the tab | Strictly necessary |
| Random guest identifier (stored in your browser's local storage) | Lets us count which signed-out steps were completed and deduplicate qualified partner-link visits without attaching them to an email, photo, outfit details, or advertising identifier | Until you clear site data | First-party product and partner measurement |
| Pending event list and result summary (stored in your browser's session storage) | Retries failed first-party product events and preserves only your score and recommendations while Google sign-in redirects you away; the uploaded photo is not stored here | Until you close the tab | Product continuity and measurement |
celebcloset_referral (stored in your browser's local storage) | Remembers the partner referral code that brought you to Celeb Closet so we can attribute a Premium subscription and calculate that partner's commission | Up to 30 days | Referral attribution |
| LifeMode local fallback (stored in your browser's local storage) | Keeps your private LifeMode choices usable if you are signed out or temporarily offline; signed-in account data is also saved privately in Supabase | Until you clear site data | Product continuity |
__cf_bm cookie (set by Cloudflare) | Helps Cloudflare tell real visitors from automated bots and protect the site | About 30 minutes | Strictly necessary (security) |
Other companies' sites
When you go to Stripe to pay, to Google to sign in, or to a shop to look at a product, you leave our site and that company's own cookies and policies apply. See their privacy notices.
Analytics
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, can offer website analytics. We do not use that script. Celeb Closet does record a limited set of first-party product events on our own server so we can see where visitors get stuck between landing, outfit analysis, sign-in, and optional checkout. A signed-out event uses a one-way hash of a random browser identifier and includes no email, photo, outfit details, or advertising identifier. After sign-in, events can be linked to the account. We do not use these events for advertising.
Your choices
You can remove the referral value or other site data in your browser settings. Blocking or clearing all site data may prevent the Service from working properly and will sign you out. Removing the referral value before subscribing means the partner may not receive credit.
Changes
If we ever add other cookies or tools, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
